  2. Attend to all fire and safety incidents.
  3. Investigation of security and safety incidents.
  4. Enforcement of all rules and regulations.
  5. Liaison with the National security agencies on all security matters touching on the university.

Our client responsibility

  1. To be truthful when giving information
  2. Show respect to the security personnel
  3. To familiarize and adhere to the regulation of the university.
  4. To give their views on the security services offered to them without fear of intimidation.
  5. Cooperate with the security personnel when required to do so.
  6. To be security conscious within and outside the university.

Feedback

  1. Complains, Compliments, and suggestions should be forwarded to the office of the DSS and if not satisfied to the office of the vice chancellor.
  2. Confidentiality and privacy shall be respected at all times.
  3. Feedbacks maybe channeled through telephones, mobilephones,letters, email address or suggestion boxes.
  4. All feedback shall be addressed as soon as practicable.
